How many diets have you followed and failed? How many exercise plans have you started and dropped? This should tell you it is time to stop pretending you want to lose weight.
I am guilty of this, but finally realised the only option is action.
The hundreds of pounds lost and gained over the years are a testament to your inability to stick to a diet or exercise regimen. Yes, there are those of you who will blame genetics and yes, there may be genetic reasons. Some people may not find it easy to lose weight, but you need to try.
