The best diet ever created – Eat Less
I think all of us on a diet are missing the point somehow.
We all look for the diet which will help us lose weight and keep it off.
A celebrity loses weight and we fall for the brilliant marketing around their diet to con us into investing in their solution.
We hear of the next big diet and start with that.
What we need to stop doing is being suckered into fad diets.
All we need to do is EAT LESS FOOD.
Whoa! Epiphany!
Eat less food.
This should be obvious to everyone. The major reason we find ourselves on the obese side of the spectrum is we don’t stop stuffing our faces with whatever is available.
So, before you even look for a diet, force yourself to eat less food, and see if you need anything else to lose weight.
I admit my addiction to junk food. This will be the biggest battle I face during my efforts to beat obesity. Again, mindset will play a major role here. Can I convince myself I don’t need this junk food and I will be better for it?
I have read too many books and blogs on how to lose weight, but it is time to lose weight. Information overload and no action on any of this information. What a waste of time. I could have lost the weight a long time ago.
This is where fasting gets added to the equation.
Select a fasting plan and stick to it. I am using a sixteen-hour fast and an eight-hour eating window. Let’s see how far I can go with fasting. I only eat if I am hungry during that window.
I’m on my fourth day of intermittent fasting, and I feel great. No stomach rumblings, no feeling hungry or anything else along the strange spectrum.
